4. Click on the button at the bottom of the page, to submit your information.
5. An acknowledgement form will appear. Check your work.
6. Now, you may enter as many events as you desire.
7. Click Log-in from CySpace City Home Page or Community eCalendar Home page
Click on Log-In, from here you will be able to add new events, edit existing information, or delete dates.
Enter the appropriate information.
After each edit or entry, you will need to click Update Information to have information you have just entered displayed.
8. Enter a New Event:
Complete all fields of information available to you. The Event Description allows you to list detailed information such as general info, specifics regarding the event, deadline dates, fees for attendance, etc. (hyperlinks to additional pages may also be added please contact
for extensive directions).
Click button to Update Organization .
You can now click link to view the public page information or enter new event.
If you view information and find it needs revision, you will need to RE-ENTER password protected area and go to Edit Event. (If you have NOT closed the current browser, you can simply use the back button to get you back to the edit page)
9. Edit or Delete Events:
Click Edit or Delete event and select the date that requires revision
Change any fields which require change and click Update Information
To delete event click button saying click here to delete this event
Now your event is in the database! You can go to calendar home page and use the Search button to find your event.
