Adding Addresses
From Menu, select Address Book.
In the Add Address section of the Address Book page, enter the individual's name in the Name text box.
Enter the individual's e-mail address in the E-Mail text box.
Click the Add button to save the entries.

Editing Addresses
From Menu, select Address Book.
In the Modify / Delete Address section of the Address Book page, select an e-mail address in the Address book text box.
Make the necessary changes to the individual's name in the Modify Name text box.
Make the necessary changes to the individual's e-mail address in the Modify E-Mail ID text box.
Click the Modify button to save the changes.
Click the Done button to return to the current calendar page.

Printing The Address Book Page
From Menu, select Address Book.
In the Modify / Delete Address section of the Address Book page, select an e-mail address in the Address Book text box.
On the Address Book page, click on the browsers File menu, and then click Print.
From the Print dialog box click OK.
Click the Done button to return to the current calendar Page.
